In these days together, you will be guided through a living exploration of:
Relationship with Self
the foundation of all connection. Meeting your own presence, your own truth, your own body as home.

learning to trust again; to move with life’s rhythm, not against it.
Relationship with the Other
where masculine and feminine meet in the sacred dance of intimacy and polarity.
You will be invited to explore the art of inner union
to walk with your own inner companion,
to expand your nervous system’s capacity to feel,
to soften into the mystery of being alive.
Through movement, embodiment, breathwork, inquiry, and relational practice,
you’ll enter a field where life and death, expansion and contraction,
become teachers, not enemies.

but of the story around it
